1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fbje ("fbje", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the fbje website located at https://fbje.io, including all associated betting, casino gaming, payment, account management, and customer support services.

By accessing the fbje website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fbje platform and must not attempt to register an account.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional terms applicable to specific products, promotions, or competitions offered on the fbje platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific terms, the product-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that product only. All supplementary terms are published on the fbje website and form part of the overall agreement between you and fbje.

fbje reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date of publication on the website. Continued use of the fbje platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account with fbje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fbje is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any betting or casino activity on fbje.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of fbje or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fbje or had an account closed by fbje for breach of these Terms.
• You hold only one active account on fbje. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You undertake to notify fbje promptly of any changes to your registered details.

fbje reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

fbje reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fbje account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other person's account.

fbje will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised use resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the fbje support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that your account can be secured without delay.

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and account changes made from your account are assumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified fbje of a breach of account security prior to such actions being taken. fbje cannot reverse settled bets on the basis that your account was accessed by an unauthorised third party after the fact.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to fbje is consistent with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. fbje does not provide legal advice, and it is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location. By using fbje, you represent and warrant that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on fbje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fbje supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and select Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your fbje wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. fbje is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed only after full KYC verification has been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed in the payment section of your account dashboard. fbje endeavours to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of any routine security review.

Withdrawal Method Matching: fbje operates a withdrawal-to-source policy wherever technically possible. This means that funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, fbje may request additional verification before processing the withdrawal via an alternative method.

Currency: All balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in BDT. fbje does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside fbje's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fbje offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all fbje promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the promotion terms for each offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are issued in BDT and apply only to the fbje account in which they were awarded. Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• fbje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other prohibited conduct is identified.

fbje reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, fbje will take reasonable steps to notify affected players and to honour any wagering already completed under the promotion terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on fbje are final once confirmed. fbje will not cancel, void, or reverse a confirmed bet at a Player's request except where an error on the part of fbje — such as an incorrect price or a system malfunction — is demonstrated to have materially affected the outcome of the wager.

Sports betting markets, including cricket, football, and kabaddi, are governed by the specific market rules published in the fbje sportsbook. Key general provisions include:

• All results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA) after all relevant play is completed.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the time specified in the market rules, fbje reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at fbje's discretion, including during live play or in the event of technical issues.
• Palpable errors in odds — including odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price — may be voided by fbje at any time prior to or following settlement.

Casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and fishing arcade titles, are governed by the rules specific to each game as provided by the relevant software provider. All games available on fbje use certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

fbje is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or device malfunction experienced by a Player during a gaming session. Where a game session is interrupted due to a connection failure, the platform will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Pending bets at the time of disconnection will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbje platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one fbje account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the fbje platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the fbje platform or any of its games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the fbje platform, including for the purpose of placing bets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in relation to sports betting markets.
• Abusing bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your fbje account, including sharing login credentials.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Engaging in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fbje staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fbje platform — including but not limited to the fbje brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of fbje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fbje platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the fbje platform without prior written authorisation from fbje.

Game content, including slot titles, live casino streams, and crash game interfaces, is the intellectual property of the respective software provider (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and is subject to those providers' licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

The fbje platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbje makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its content.

fbje shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the fbje platform or any part of it.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the fbje service, whether or not fbje had advance notice of the possibility of such loss.
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game results, odds, or market data.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account by a third party as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any action taken by fbje in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or the voiding of bets.

Nothing in these Terms limits fbje's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable law.

10 Privacy and Data

fbje collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at fbje.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account with fbje, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein.

fbje collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, payment method details, and account activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance. fbje does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

fbje uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the fbje platform. You are responsible for the security of your own device and network connection.

11 Responsible Gaming

fbje is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity and should never be viewed as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

12 Amendments and Termination

fbje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a notification displayed upon login. Continued use of the fbje platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

fbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you are found to have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if fbje is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory direction. Upon termination for cause, fbje reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

You may close your fbje account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules, and the resulting balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law

fbje operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fbje holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fbje's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of fbje is lawful in their country or region of residence. fbje makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access to fbje from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at the Player's own risk and in violation of these Terms.
